Jade is a really good instructor! I have been to many barre fitness class and this is actually my first time being in the barre cardio and I really enjoyed it! A lot of sweeting compare to the fitness one

Julie was great! I really enjoyed my first Barre class with her. It was an awesome workout and I will be back soon!
Barre Cardio with Nevada
Instructor was friendly, genuine and positive. While it was a good workout overall, I did notice that this class was a bit less intense than when I took the same class at their other location in North Van (I was definitely more sweaty and sore after that one!). Granted, this studio is a bit small so perhaps that’s a factor as well. Overall, good class and lovely studio with friendly, upbeat instructors. I’ve been a few times before and would go again.

This class was challenging but the instructor was really motivating! Overall had a really good time and realized i need to work more on my thigh muscles!

What is ClassPass?
