About this class

Barre HIIT is an intermediate level class that combines Barre Fitness with the proven benefits of high intensity interval training (HIIT). A results driven routine incorporating elements of barre, sports conditioning and cardio drills that will have you burning calories long after you leave the studio! It is recommended that clients take a minimum of 10 open level classes prior to their first Barre HIIT class or have a strong dance/fitness background ATTN: Reservations close 30 minutes before class time. Clients must have valid ClassPass reservations to attend class. If a client does not have a valid reservation, he/she must purchase a drop-in from the studio to take class. ALL Reservations will be held up to 5 minutes prior to the class start time. 5 minutes prior to the start of each class, all open spaces will be given to clients on the waitlist or on standby for that class.

Jenna was great a real challenge. Keep an eye out for her name on the schedule if you want an actual cardio challenge out of HIIT class at a barre studio. I will definitely be looking for her again!

How to prepare

Please bring a water bottle and socks if you prefer not to be barefoot. Please arrive 15 minutes early your first time to fill out a waiver and learn more about the studio!

How to get there

We're located in the complex on the north/east side of Marine drive @ Pemberton ave (behind the Shell gas station). If you are driving WEST along Marine drive, enter our complex by turning RIGHT just before you hit the lights @ Pemberton. If driving EAST along Marine drive, turn LEFT at Pemberton, then enter our complex on your right as you pass the gas station. Please call us if you get lost! 604.971.4161.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
