About this class

This is our ultimate class for the busy body, pioneering a brand new workout style for Australia in 2018. Flow through three stages to cover all the elements you need in a one stop class. SWEAT with full-body cardio to raise the heart rate and burn fat. SCULPT with sliders that tone your muscles and deliver our famous burn. STILL with a final stretch, mindful movement and meditation. You’ll leave feeling stronger, lighter and clearer. Elements is a choreographed class, so you'll have a chance to perfect the sequence before we release a new class every 8 weeks.

How to get there

Barre Body Sydney CBD is located in the St James Trust building opposite Hyde Park (above Bambini Trust) at 160 Castlereagh Street and you can also enter from 185 Elizabeth Street. The studio is easy walking distance from St James, Martin Place, Museum and Town Hall stations.

Great class, full of energy and good moves. Air conditioning could be stronger and even though the mats are wiped down... you can still smell the faint smell of feet beneath the tea tree oil.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
