Our yin class is a beautifully rejuvenating class to show your body some love. The perfect complement to our other classes, yin uses stretching, mobility exercises, and meditation, to release tension and tightness. Relax and restore your body and mind.

Nice class to stretch and relax but not worth the credits.

The class is very slow and is more of a stretch. it was lovely and very relaxing. The class finishes with a mini meditation which leaves you feeling very relaxed and calm.

Nice and gentle class the only downpoint were the sticky and slippery mats which had me sliding around

How to get there

Barre Body Flinders Lane is located at 175 Flinders Lane, between Russell & Swanston streets. The nearest train stations are Parliament (8 minute walk) and Flinders Street (3 minute walk). Most parking nearby is 1 hour so they don’t mind if you come in right on the class start time and leave a few minutes early if you need to. All that they ask is that you either stay for savasana (rest at the end of the class) or sneak out quietly before savasana begins.
