Power Yoga 60 with Annie
Really loved Annie as an instructor. She was personable, upbeat, and knowledgeable. The class itself was great too. Good for stretching and cardio, lots of one breath flows, and very challenging. I was a little hesitant to attend the studio based on the photo they use on the class pass app. It made the studio look small, crowded, and for some reason, loud. But its a beautiful space, really clean with nice locker rooms and showers. Will definitely be back!

Class was ok. Instructor was quite annoying (taking about herself a lot!) and the om was so very off key I had to cover my ears
Power Yoga 60 with Alaya
I am new to Baptiste style yoga and found it interesting. I was a bit surprised that we were going into full wheel within 15 minutes of class which my back did not really like. I would try another class here though to compare.
Power Yoga 60 with Meghan
Meghan is great! I appreciated the adjustments and individual attention. This is a fast paced class that will build heat quickly. A really great workout.
Power Yoga 60 with Taylor
This class is sweaty and a challenge! Not the best for beginners because the instructor just calls out the moves and doesnt show but you can always look to fellow students. I was a bit weary because I dont like hot yoga but this wasnt too hot but still pretty warm (about 90 degrees). Definitely felt good after!

Loved the hands on adjustments and warm welcome!
Power Yoga 60 with Tara

Left feeling like a million bucks. They were so friendly and helpful. Sometimes when I go to a new studio I am not greeted. The staff and teacher were beyond welcoming. I will be going back!
Power Yoga 60 with Sean
Instructor talked nonstop about nonsense. It was annoying.
