About this class

Mats, mats and more mats. They warm-up, hammer out some arms and then become one with our mats. These set series will focus on butt, legs and core. Ankle weights optional. Please inform them if you have knee or ankle troubles and they can help with modifications.

I really like the Ballet Lift classes here, but Grounded is just not the class for me. Ive got a lingering whiplash issue in my shoulder that is aggravated by planks and table top, and this class is very heavy on tabletop based moves. If you dont have an issue like that youre probably gonna like it! But I ended up doing my own thing for a few of the sequences.

did ballet works and grounded back to back. omg it was hard. bring a towel. hopefully I can walk tomorrow :)

Great class! A little bit hard on my knees so maybe not the best for anyone with knee issues.

The class was good, tough, a sort of Pilates/ballet style sculpting class focussed on lower body. The gym itself is more of a room in an old building that smells pretty bad so its not the most glamorous place to work out, but the class itself was good
