About this class

Sculpt your glutes, hip flexors, hamstrings, and calves with this 45-minute workout. And because you're working your big lower-body muscles, you'll burn a ton of calories. The gluteus maximus is the largest and strongest muscle in the human body and often the first to go if you don't keep working it. This workout targets the gluteus maximus to retain strength and muscle tone, and also work the surrounding muscles, including those in the hips and thighs. As a side bonus, this workout will help tone your abs. Slim and tone your lower body and wear your skinny jeans with confidence! Taught by Certified Pilates Instructor.

How to prepare

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for all classes and check-in with the Customer Experience Team at the front desk. Pilates Group Reformer Classes: Experience with Pilates Reformer REQUIRED. For after-hours Pilates classes, please ring the doorbell at the entrance located on the 3rd street side of the building. Pilates instructor will buzz you into the building if front entrance is locked. We ask that you bring your own Yoga/Pilates mat for workout classes that use mats, a small towel if you'd like, and water. We have inexpensive mats for $8.
