Vinyasa Flow with Andre
This is by far my favourite yoga class, by my favourite yoga teacher. Andre knows how to challenge you every time you step on the mat. The flow is powerful and surprising. Follow this class and you’ll leave with a strong body & mind.

How to prepare

Om goed te beginnen vragen we je zo’n 15 min voordat de les begint aanwezig te zijn, zodat we je wat uitleg kunnen geven. Kleed je luchtig, zelfs bij een niet “HOT” les is het bij ons lekker warm. Bij een Hot Yoga les zijn de meeste mensen gekleed in een kort, elastisch broekje en een topje. Voor mannen is een t-shirt optioneel. Neem een grote badhanddoek mee. Een matje hebben wij voor je. Yoga doe je op blote voeten, dus meer heb je niet nodig. To get you started, we ask you about 15 minutes before the lesson starts, so we can give you some explanation. Dress lightly, even with a non-"HOT" lesson it is nice and warm with us. At a Hot Yoga class, most people are dressed in short, elastic pants and a top. For men, a t-shirt is optional. Take a large bath towel. We have a mat for you. Yoga is done barefoot, so you don't need anything else.
