About this class

Core Yoga Fusion© is a style that integrates various forms of exercise to one goal: sculpting and strengthening the entire body. Challenge your body and mind with our own 60-minute, dynamic fusion of core conditioning, weight training and Vinyasa flow. This athletic class weaves abdominal work, weights and yoga poses, ending with a Vinyasa flow sequence, to increase strength and burn fat. Come ready to sweat! All levels welcome. (Core Yoga Fusion© is for any level of practitioner, but it's often a good idea to try a gentler form of yoga if you are a beginner, as some of the asanas (poses) can be a bit challenging)

What is ClassPass?
