A non-flow class focused on longer holds with a heavy emphasis on hamstrings, shoulders and back. Ideal to help elongate muscles and repair connective tissue, but in traditional yoga style with a meditative opening and ending in shavasana. Suitable for anyone, any level.

How to prepare

It is best to bring your own mat, but Balancing Owl Yoga provides mats if needed. All props are provided, as well as lavender scented eye pillows with clean pillow cases.

This is a great class for beginners, people looking for a super gentle and restorative class, or really anyone who wants to get down into the fundamentals of yoga! Colleen was very thorough and explained everything so well. I hope to take more classes with her in the future!

Just what if says - strictly stretching. I really enjoyed the instructor and the time flew. Different from yoga since you are only stretching but also very similar.
