BarreAmped Boot Camp uses the classic foundation of BarreAmped combined with cardio intervals done on a JumpSport trampoline. This program relies on high intensity interval training, which has been proven to burn fat faster than sustained endurance training, making it suitable for all fitness levels. BarreAmped Boot Camp will shake up your workout! This class is the most fun and effective way to burn fat, lose weight and change your body!

How to prepare

Please make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes early if you are new to their studio (clients that are new and do not arrive early will be considered a no show). They do provide mats, but you may want to bring water and a towel. Grippy socks are not required at their studio, but you are welcome to wear them.

How to get there

From 394, take the 101 South exit. Loop around the clover leaf and turn right at the stop light. Stay on Wayzata Boulevard. Make a left onto Minnetonka Ave South. They are located 1 block South of the Wayzata Post Office in a grey and white building. There is parking available in the lot (you may park anywhere after 4:30pm and on the weekends).

A fun and total workout!
Barre + Bounce with Tina
Go if you’re looking for a unique group class. If you’re a serious athlete working for a hard workout, this might not cut it. I was also disappointed that class ended five minutes early, even after five mins of stretching. I prefer to have the entire hour of working out, especially if it isn’t that strenuous.

Something to note Bounce and Barre + Bounce arent necessarily different. The instructor at Bounce said that she doesnt what she wants to, so there isnt a definite difference. We did 1/2 barre and 1/2 bounce. This class was great for all skill levels and I didnt have trouble my first class. It was a good cardio workout to go with the toning of barre. Fun class and much less mundane than most workouts! FYI bounce on Sundays is to religious music. It sounds super cool but I dont see it on ClassPass :(
