About this class

Kick-butt fun. Unique. Increase your cardiovascular fitness, build strength, push your limits, and challenge your coordination using unique tools such as the Gladiator Wall, Bulgarian bags, Kettlebells, dumbbells and resistance bands, designed to surprise and challenge your body. We start with a sensible, thorough warm-up designed to align and prepare your body for this tough, balanced Tabata based workout. You’ll continue to burn calories for up to 72-hours post-workout! Modifications are provided, but class is most appropriate for intermediate/advanced exercise enthusiasts and athletes. Athletic shoes required. Heart rate monitors can be worn to track progress.

How to prepare

The studio has yoga mats available but bring your own mat if you prefer. Certain classes are conducted barefoot, please refer to class descriptions for footwear recommendations. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class start time.

There is plenty of two-hour street parking in the neighborhood.

Class was...fine? The clientele here is older and the pace is slower. The workout itself was not terrible but definitely not heart-pounding, and its weird to be in a class of only four or five people. I am in my mid 30s and I was the youngest by at least 15-20 years

The class is great, and instructor was great, but my heart rate monitor didn't work, and even after I ran out in the middle of class to switch it out, the replacement heart monitor didn't work either. Kind of disappointing because the heart rate monitor is such a neat element of this class...
