Loved the new updated class!
LSD: Long, Slow, & Deep with Elli
Be careful: This class is no longer restorative!! We were informed when it started that this class is no longer restorative, but is meant to be challenging, deep, long, slow pose holding. That seemed fine to me, but nothing about it was long or slow. We breezed through a TON of very difficult poses that I just wasn’t able to do. I also have an old shoulder injury and most of this class involved deep shoulder stretching with no offered modifications. I think many of us would have appreciated some modifiication suggestions, given that this class was so unexpectedly advanced and many of us were expecting restorative yoga. As I looked around, most people were unable to hold the poses throughout the class. Very disappointing way to start my Friday.

SO nice, also my personal preference for yoga style. Slow, juicy warm up. Long yin holds.

I've taken Brian's classes a couple of times and always walk away feeling refreshed. He's the best!

Good stretching with very long holds. However, I would have liked more of a warm up before moving into these holds.
