Sunrise FitYoga This energising morning practice will set you focused and ready for the day ahead! We will start the class with amply of warm up, before we move onto working through strong asanas, body strengthening exercises and lots of stretching. Constant focus on Ujjay breathing will guide you through the practice to find that inner peace, wisdom and liberation. FitYoga is a dynamic and fun practice. It is a unique fusion between Vinyasa flow, Hatha yoga and Pilates, with lots of core strengthening, stretching, inversions, balancing elements and pranayama. Classes are suitable for all levels! A healthy level of fitness is recommended. ! Important info ! How to prepare
Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.
