How to prepare

AQUA classes: 1. Be sure to take BLEND class for your 1st time and arrive at least 15min before class 2. Wear a comfortable + Supportive one-piece bathing suit or sports bra and bikini bottom. 3. Tip: Bring a waterproof bag for your wet clothes. 4. Mandatory water shoes. Available for $2 rental. 5. Swim cap not required, but hair must be pulled back. LAND & PRENATAL YOGA classes: NOT IN THE WATER 1. Comfortable gym/yoga clothes. No sneakers required. 2. Yoga mat rental available for $2. Water bottles available for purchase

How to get there

78 Franklin St. between Church St. and Broadway. (4 blocs from Canal St.) Subways: 1 6 A C E R N J Q NO LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER CLASS. FIRST TIME VISITORS for AQUA classes: New guest will not be allowed to check-in past 15-minutes prior to class. During this time you receive your towel, shoes and locker. Please arrive in the poolroom 10 minutes before class, to meet with your instructor for an introduction to Aquacycling and proper bike set-up. REPEAT GUESTS are required to arrive at least 5 minutes before class start.

Class was a different style/energy to others I’ve been to at the studio, still a relaxing / recovery workout though.

I hadn’t worked out in about a year and this class was super beginner friendly. Bonnie was so helpful and warm while still pushing all of us to get the best workout we could. I would recommend this class to anyone - its SO fun, I had a huge smile on my face for most of class. And the facilities are clean and peaceful.

What is ClassPass?
