This is a Tabata high intensity interval training class. Tabata intervals range from 20-45 seconds with a 10-15 second break in between. This class is for all levels as it can be done from low - high intensities.

How to get there

Pease enter through the door closest to the handicapped parking spot. When exiting the building after office hours, you MUST exit the through the "member door" (farthest from the handicapped parking) or alarm will sound.
