Lake was a fantastic energetic instructor, take her class!
AG Fundamentals: Open Level with Darlene
Energetic knowledgeable instructor. Good cues. A bit too much sales for other classes during the class time.
AG Fundamentals: Open Level with Lake
Small class that was good for beginners.
AG Fundamentals: Open Level with Christie
You need to be comfortable in being upside down.
AG Fundamentals: Open Level with Christie
Instructor was wonderfully detailed for a newbie like me. She made sure we got our exercise in. There was a lot of hanging, which I had no problem with but some people might. This is not like aerial in which you need a significant amount of upper strength.
AG Fundamentals: Open Level with Christie
Probably not a beginners class. Im familiar with AG and LOVE it.
AG Fundamentals: Open Level with Christie
Great class for anyone whos never tried aerial workouts before. Instructor was very clear and welcoming. Studio space felt a bit small with not much space around and between hammocks. I couldnt open my arms wide without hitting the wall next to me and did run into person behind me while swinging a couple times. I feel like the studio could also benefit from a bit of mood lighting.
