How it works

About this class

The AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga class takes place on a Harrison Hammock and follows the pattern of life, starting with breathing exercises in the Womb pose; a floating meditation. You maintain a flow while moving into a zero-compression inversion (upside down, the same way you enter life). You then mobilize, elongate and strengthen the body with supported versions of classic yoga asanas and more. You finish with a blissful floating savasana. The flowing class is designed to open up and reconnect body & mind and is done to soothing music.

Love this place!
AG Aerial Yoga: Open Level with Laura
Laura was great. I was the only beginner in the class and she really broke down everything and paid special attention to me to make sure I was getting it. It was pretty easy to catch onto. There were some challenging parts but not nearly as much of a workout as I'd hoped.

An incredible class, first time but felt right at home! Laura is great at talking through movements and consciously working with everyone in this open class at whatever level they are at. Definitely coming back!
