About this class
Using techniques from a typical barre class to create long long lean muscles for the thighs and toning exercises for the bum, with of course lots of stretching and finishing on the mat for barre floor exercises and Pilates. PLEASE NOTE: This class takes place at The Hogarth Centre near Chiswick High Road.

How to prepare
Please bring water to your class and arrive at least 5 minutes before your class starts. If you are coming to a class at the Hogarth Centre, please walk straight through the car park, turn left in to the building and walk straight up the stairs towards the gym.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CLASSES ARE HELD AT 3 SEPARATE LOCATIONS: Easy Pilates & Dynamic Pilates Wednesday 7.30pm - Chiswick Tennis Club - Burlington Lane - W4 3EU: E3 bus stops right outside & 272 nearby. 5 mins from Chiswick station. Parking free before 10am & after 12pm. Weekday morning Dynamic Pilates classes - St Paul's Church 56-62 Grove Park Road, Chiswick, W4 3SD 272 bus & Chiswick Overground Station 5 mins away. Parking free. Saturday 9am Barre Pilates - The Hogarth Centre - Duke Road - W4 2JR Free parking.
