A new fun circuits class that is suitable for all levels. This is a great workout which is followed by gentle stretching and a guided breathing meditation which gives you time to relax at the end of your busy day. Enjoy the benefits of both exercise and meditation which both can help to increase your wellbeing both physically and mentally.

How to prepare
Please wear appropriate exercise clothing and trainers (not muddy), and bring a bottle of water, a mat (optional but if you have one please bring it), and a towel.
