For the last 2500 years, meditation teachers have chosen to begin first thing in the morning for a good reason. Our minds are naturally quieter and receptive to mindfulness training. In this class you’ll learn various techniques to help get your day off to the best possible start. Come sit with us and learn evidence based techniques to help build up an unshakeable radiance, and leave with a sense of ease and joy that will set you up for a shiny & beautiful day, no matter what you encounter. How to prepare
When to Arrive:Come early as sessions start on time. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes in advance. Settle in with some tea and ease into your meditation experience. What to Wear:Come as you are! The studio suggests wearing something comfortable to sit in, whether jeans, work attire or workout clothes. They ask that you remove your shoes at the door, so please bring socks or feel free to go barefoot.
How to get there
Anchor Meditation holds classes at 2118 Union Street in the Marina. Please drop in to meditate. Classes and workshops are available throughout the week. We also offer private meditations, group sessions, event rental and teacher training.
