About this class
This class is for intermediate and advanced students with emphasis on strength, stamina, breath and mindfulness. Note: all poses can be modified to your physical condition. Sessions end with chanting and a 15-minute meditation.

The studio will provide all necessary yoga props including mats. Feel free to take your own if you prefer.

The studio is located in the traditional mission-style church building at the corner of El Camino and College, between Stanford University and the California Avenue Shopping District.
