About this class

To control the mind one needs to control the breath. In this session we start by practising Pranayama (breathing exercise or literally "breath control"), to calm the mind down, then we use a visual, auditory or other sensory technique to achieve single-pointed focus and ultimately deep meditation, in our quest to witness the silence within us, explore our true self and experience bliss, "Ānanda".

What is ClassPass?
