Ashtanga Vinyasa with Kamal
Unless you have taken a few ashtanga classes before, I would not recommend this class. The class tempo is quite quick and the classroom being such a large space, the class felt a little disconnected at times. Kamal is able to give hands on modifications to your posture and form, thought sometimes pushing you to the extreme, and I ended up feeling disappointed for not be able to reach his expectations. This class will be especially challenging for beginners or first-timers to Ashtanga.

Would not recommend this class - note it is an advanced class but this was not apparent at all as there were many newcomers. Furthermore the instructor did not seem to speak good English at all therefore it was extremely hard to understand him at all - I got through the class by looking at two other experienced members. Instructor made no effort to try and help those who were struggling even when it was very obvious they needed help and instead became very impatient. Would not recommend Kamal
