About this class

Self explanatory! Be prepared for a lot of dynamic vinyasas, power moves & technical poses ie. arm balancing and inversions. Leave the class sweaty, happy and energized! For yoga practitioners with good yoga foundation. This class is NOT for beginners. Must have at least 6 months - 1 year consistent yoga practice.

How to prepare

• First timers -please arrive at least 15mins before class start • At all times, latecomers will NOT be allowed in • Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow for a full range of motion • Footwear not required for both yoga & calisthenics classes • Mats & towels provided • Bring your own water bottle, we have a water fountain • Bring your own bag for your sweaty clothing • Use of mobile phones strictly not allowed in class • Keep phones on silent mode in lockers • We reserve the right to turn away students who do not respect our rules

How to get there

We are just five minutes walk from Bugis MRT (Downtown Line). Exit from Downtown Line towards DUO and cross the traffic light junction towards Haji Lane. Walk towards Beach Road where the colorful graffiti walls are. We are across the side entrance of Piedra Negra Mexican restaurant, next to Pablo Cheesetarts & CIAO Italian restaurant The studio is on the 2nd floor, please access the stairs from Haji Lane beside the restaurant. Limited street parking available on Arab Street/ Kampong Glam area, come early at peak hours to secure lots.

Amazing intense and challenging class as usual. Learnt a lot. Good mix of parayama, stretches, twists and openings, arm balances and inversion. Favourite intermediate/advanced class in Singapore.

Really wholesome class, with breathing and meditation, yoga strength conditioning, a flow and time to practise and play around with inversions. Strong class that is great for intermediate/advanced yogis who want to push themselves further.

What is ClassPass?
