with Certified Yoga Therapist, Beth Knudson Do you “hate” a part of your body? Is your body changing due to a life event like pregnancy or menopause? Do you think changing your body will make you happy? Yoga Therapy can give you the tools you need to live comfortably in your body just as it is now, approach your feelings in a conscious way, and to identify un-useful thought patterns. In this 4-week series, you will learn to: * Appreciate your body * Reframe your body’s “limitations” * Improve your sense of well-being * Decide how you participate in diet-culture * Improve your sense of well-being. * Cope with challenging situations. * Manage and regulate your feelings. Through movement, breath, and honest self-reflection, you’ll befriend your body and begin to change the way you feel about yourself and your life. No previous yoga experience is required. Dress comfortably in clothing you can move in, and bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and journal.

How to prepare
Dress comfortably. No fancy yoga outfit required. You don’t need to have your own yoga mat, you’re welcome to borrow ours anytime. Some students are sensitive to scents so please avoid perfumes or colognes.
How to get there
Our adddress is 690 Harleysville Pike. We're located in a strip of businesses called Lederach Commons. We are the first building on the left when you enter our parking lot. Other businesses here are the Lederach Post Office, Dynamic Granite, a dentist and a kitchen store.
