"Big enough to be fun, but small enough to still be quality." Their Small Group Personal Training classes are large enough (6 client max) to provide an encouraging team atmosphere but are also small enough to give you the full attention of our trainers. These classes are adapted to your specific level of fitness, and they put a premium on perfecting form, increasing performance and changing body composition. Small group training is an affordable, fun way for clients to take advantage of a trainer’s expertise at a lower financial investment — all while keeping the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic. Their workouts will be fun, challenging, safe and well thought out.

Wear comfortable workout clothing and bring a bottle of water. They have towel service here as well as mats you can use so you don't have to bring your own.

We're located at the corner of Artesia and Blossom with plenty of parking in the back of the building.

What is ClassPass?
