How to prepare
Once you have reserved, you already have a FitMetrix account used to track and display your heart-rate during class! Please go to http://arhfitness.com/account/ and click "forgot password," and enter your ClassPass account email to reset your password and login to your account.
How to get there
Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before class, so that you can be set up with your heart monitor and oriented to the equipment.
