About this class

This is a 45 minute interval based circuit class created to build muscular strength, endurance, and stamina as you rotate from station to station.  It will maximize your bodies ability to build lean muscle by mixing dumbbells, suspension trainers, sandbags and the rower together to stimulate muscle growth.  This class is 25% rowing and 50% strength training.

How to get there

Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before class, so that you can be set up with your heart monitor and oriented to the equipment.

I LOVED this class and instructor! The class was great and loved the walk through Audrey did to show what to do at each station! I do wish the class was another 30 minutes longer! Nonetheless, I can’t wait for my second class!

The median age group is 50+ and we never used the Rowing machines. Very disappointed in this class & will not be joining again.

Great workout! Audrey is a seriously good instructor. Just enough push to help complete the workout without being drill sergeant. 45 minute workout but feels much shorter due to entertaining instructing. Just go, you won’t regret it!
