Pole Fitness :: Tricks & Splits :: Level 2/3 Love that latest photo on Instagram and wonder, "How'd they do that?". We will work through different static rotations, spinner tricks, and all varieties of splits in fun options that will have you feeling Instagram ready every week. Students should be comfortable climbing the pole on both spin and static for this class. It is recommended students be comfortable with inverting from the ground, but is not required. How to prepare
Every class: - Bring water!! - Bring your smile!! - Be ready to do amazing things!! Pole Fitness: - Wear tank top and shorts - Bring workout leggings, knee pads Aerial Fitness: - Wear workout leggings - Wear a snug-fitting shirt (with at least short sleeves recommended)

We don't have a large building sign but we have beautiful outside windows to help you find us. Look for us just to the right of Dogtopia.
