About this class
VERTICALLY CHALLENGED :: All Levels Vertically Challenged is an effective and unique combination of gymnastic inspired movements, cardio fitness, and pole fitness, to create a one-of-a-kind class that sculpts, strengthens, tones, and energizes. This can be used as a pole prep-class or as a way to elevate your fitness. The class begins with a thorough warm up. Next, students will move through a variety of skills that make pole fitness such a sought-after, popular and highly effective fitness discipline. These moves are based on plyometric movements designed to sculpt, strengthen and tone every muscle in your body. All skills will have modifications based on a participant’s familiarity with pole as fitness, as well as their strength and skill level. Great for all levels. What to wear/bring: Always wear shorts to a class in the pole room! You can cover them with leggings but always be prepared with shorts.Water bottleKnee pads
