About this class

Level 1 :: Pole Fitness Ages 18+ New to pole fitness? This class is for YOU This classes is recommended for anyone that has never taken a pole fitness class before. We break down some essential pole techniques and focus on safety, strength and flexibility to get you ready to spin, climb and move around the pole gracefully and confidently. No dance experience required! Classes begin with a thorough warm up and conditioning segment and followed with a thorough cool down. Bare legs are recommended as part of the class requires gripping of the pole with the legs. Please visit our FAQ page to find out more about what to wear/bring/expect. Reservation and pre-payment required in advance to secure your spot. At times, sharing a pole may be necessary to accommodate every student. This is a common practice in pole fitness as the workout is fairly strenuous and we promise a GREAT workout will be had by ALL!!! SHARING IS CARING!

How to prepare

For pole classes, shorts are highly recommended. For aerial classes, leggings or capri pants are recommended to prevent apparatus burns.

What is ClassPass?
