POLE dance: Russian Style Heels and Flow :: Level 2+ Ages: 18+ "Russian Style" pole dance takes the is characterized by intricate low flow and deceptively complicated base work. It is more about wowing your audience with interesting transitions rather than tricks and strength moves. Shoes allow the performer to slide into splits and rolls with ease and makes lines clean and VERY long! This is a choreography based class with breakdowns of essential moves to perfect your lines. What to Wear/Bring: ShoesIf shoes are not your thing, please bring thick socks which mimic the slide of a shoe.Knee Pads are VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (AKA should be required).Bring both leggings and shorts. Choreography will determine what is bet to wear that day....be ready for anything!

How to prepare
For pole classes, shorts are highly recommended. For aerial classes, leggings or capri pants are recommended to prevent apparatus burns.
