Pole Dance Level 2 Ages 18+ Ready for more tricks and combos on the pole? This class is for you! This class is primarily upright poses learning to descend into inverted postured in a fun and safe way. Not intended for brand new people. Please see our Level 1 offerings if you are brand new!

How to prepare
For pole classes, shorts are highly recommended. For aerial classes, leggings or capri pants are recommended to prevent apparatus burns.
