About this class

Pole Dance :: Level 1 & 2 Great for brand NEW people! Ages: 18+ New to pole fitness? Want to learn to dance, let loose and have a fantastic workout without even feeling like you are working out? This class is for YOU! This classes is recommended for anyone just starting out on their pole fitness journey! We break down some essential pole techniques and focus on safety, strength and flexibility to get you ready to spin, climb and move around the pole gracefully and confidently. No dance experience required! Classes begin with a thorough warm up and conditioning segment and followed with a thorough cool down. Bare legs are recommended as part of the class requires gripping of the pole with the legs. Please visit our FAQ page to find out more about what to wear/bring/expect.

How to prepare

For pole classes, shorts are highly recommended. For aerial classes, leggings or capri pants are recommended to prevent apparatus burns.

This class was so much fun! Everyone was so friendly, I was greeted with smiling faces and people were genuinely nice. The class itself was hard, for sure; Olympic lifting is my sport of choice, but pole fitness it in a league all its own. It’s so so fun, but prepare for a few bruises lol.

It was a great class. As someone who lacks self esteem and confidence, this class was a challenge. I started crying during the class and felt defeated. But the instructor was nice to take the time afterwards to talk to me. Great experience for those that want to step out of their comfort zone.

What is ClassPass?
