Aerial "Flying" Yoga Level 1 :: Great for NEW People 18+ Excited about the sound of aerial yoga, but a little nervous? Let us help you feel more comfortable with the basic concepts of aerial yoga in true beginner style. This class is for brand new students to slowly introduce you to this awesome new way to get fit and flexible. Check out the website for more information about aerial yoga, its benefits and photos. https://www.altitudefitnessfrisco.com/aerialyoga What to wear/bring:Snug fitting shirt (nothing baggy as it gets tangled)Capri pants/tights/leggingsNo jewelry, lotions or heavy perfumesPlease keep your nails trimmed to avoid snagging the fabric.The silks REALLY absorb odors, so please observe proper personal hygiene and arrive showered and with deodorant as a courtesy to the next participantYou must arrive 10 minutes early to all aerial yoga classes so we can customize your hammock for your height. You will be denied entry to the class if you arrive after class has started. This is for your own safety. Refunds will not be issued if you are denied entry. Physical Restrictions: This class is intended for persons in good physical condition that are released by their physician to participate in physical activity. This class is not intended as physical therapy. Any injuries or rehabilitation considerations MUST be brought to the attention of the instructor. Please consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions that prevent you from inverting such as glaucoma or heart conditions. It is not recommended for women who are pregnant. Private Sessions are available to develop a therapeutic practice incorporating aerial yoga into your fitness schedule while taking your current medical limitations into consideration.

How to prepare
For pole classes, shorts are highly recommended. For aerial classes, leggings or capri pants are recommended to prevent apparatus burns.
