So I am not sure if the studio tends to cater to an older demographic, but it was a very interesting experience. There were 8 students in the class, 2 were extremely pregnant and the other 5 were at least 60 years old. The instructor was over 60 as well. I am not sure if this is the standard class demographic, but last night it seemed the norm. While the others seemed to get a good work out, it was not challenging. Compared to the Pure Barres and Fly Barre style classes offered on Classpass, this seemed catered to my mom or grandma. I am not trying to bash the studio whatsoever, the instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful, this class is just catered for those looking for an easier workout.
