S.E.E.D. - an acronym for Strengthen, Elongate & Exercise through Dance.  Tracy Puddy, the creator of SEED, has a Masters Degree in choreography.  This class will burn calories, tone muscles and provide you with a dancer's body!

How to get there

The studio is conveniently located on Scottsdale Road, 1.3 miles south of Old Town Scottsdale, in The Wilshire Plaza, 2 blocks south of Thomas next door to AZ Wine Company and Atlas Bistro. They have ample parking and share the same parking lot as Hot Yoga University. Highly entertaining, qualified instructors coax your alter ego to come out and join the party. Zumba, S.E.E.D. Method (an acronym standing for Strengthen, Elongate + Exercise thru Dance), Body Sculpting, and periodic new formats are constantly being tested..... stay tuned!

S.E.E.D. Method with Aubri
This class is about 50 minutes of dance and 5 minutes of weights at the end which I enjoyed. Instructor was super friendly and broke down the steps for each dance. Only suggestion I would make is that they get mics for their instructors because I couldn’t hear her cues over the music. Other than that, great workout!

the instructor didn't use a mic so it was almost impossible to hear her cues as to what we should be doing. the dance moves were also dated and awkward.

What is ClassPass?
