About this class

The effects of a good night’s sleep in 60 minutes? Yes, please. This class uses the guided meditation practice of Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," a state between sleep and consciousness conducive to deep emotional and physical healing through rewiring of the brain and self-exploration. In the first half of class you’ll move through a mindful flow, then you’ll be guided through a meditation for deep relaxation as the brain switches from beta waves to alpha waves, signaling the transition from conscious activity to a meditative state. Comfortable clothing and socks recommended.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Slightly form fitting clothes are advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. 
No need to bring your mat & towel, they'll have them waiting for you!

This was a great studio everyone was extremely friendly, the class was soooo relaxing I absolutely loved it and the teacher made me feel so welcome (as it was my first time) can’t wait to go back

It’s a bit noisy outside since it’s inside of the grove. The place is bit small. But the trainer and their yoga clothes are good

This class with Thalia was so restorative. It did not include a flow, only yoga nidra with guided meditation, and she played some sound bath bowls at the end which was very relaxing.
