About this class
Bring out that strong sex kitten from within! We’re dancing, moving, working out… in our high heels! In this classy, fitness class, you will conduct a sexy workout that includes cardio, strength building, toning and sculpting exercises, specifically designed to tone your lower body. The class will also cover various exercises that works on overall posture and poise technique, to help you “strut” with ease and with a sexy vibe! Elements in this class help improve the overall appearance of legs, for the wearing of sexy high heels and overall heel health. Not only will you tone and strengthen your legs (thighs, calves, ankles and feet), yet you will also work elements of your core to get your moving and walking in sexy way! Proper attire: Look sexy, where a something you would go out in and feet sexy wearing. Leave feeling strong, sexy and powerful. Come for the fun of it. Come for the killer workout! COMFORTABLE high heels are required for this class. Please try to bring NON-SCUFF shoes. High stilettos are not recommended for novice learners. Get ready to sweat and strut your stuff- learn how wearing heels makes your workout even hotter! NOTE: Stilletto Strength is not intended for anyone who has had ankle/foot/knee surgery. It involves a lot of squatting and kneeling.

How to prepare
Must sign waiver in MINDBODY. For aerial classes they recommend yoga style clothing and pants. Pole dance classes really need you to have as much skin out as possible so you can "stick" to the pole: boy shorts, tanks, pole grip, and of course some sexy pole heels! They offer shoe rentals and classes can always be done barefoot as well.
How to get there
Allure clients can park in front of the studio along the street, on the side of the building near the yoga studio, and there is parking all around the studio! Literally any open space and especially at the old Revolution on Bumby!
