About this class

Use their Jumpsport rebounders to maximize your HR and challenge yourself while sculpting Long lean muscle. [sweat]: high cardio focus. 30+ minutes of high HR + low HR cardio to improve fitness and burn fat. [sculpt]: full-body strength classes which may involve short bursts of low HR cardio. [S+S] Sweat + Sculpt hybrid: Runs in 50 minute formats. All classes at this studio involve full-body work. Target training focus: arms and back. Rebounder phrases are full body and designed to challenge the core.

How to prepare

**ATTN: GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL classes. POWER class requires sneakers. For your safety, they are unable to permit you into class without grip socks. Regular socks will pose a danger to you and the rest of the students at the studio. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio ($14). You can rent a towel for $1.

How to get there

Studio entrance is on BODINE STREET, to the WEST side of the 232-234 Market Street building. Bodine is the street between the Signarama shop & 7-Eleven on Market St. Use the call box to the left of the door to gain access.

So much fun! Molly is the best.

Just took my first class with Jillian and loved it! Did Jillians Friday evening Sweat cardio with arms. Arms were TOUGH, but my arms are very weak. Being able to just finish the arms will take several classes for me, but looking forward to something to work toward. The cardio was moderate to light and involved controlled hopping and kicking sequences on mini trampolines. Fun! Probably going back tomorrow.

This class was, simply put, unachievably fast-paced. It wasnt aspirational, and Im in good shape. It was a good sweat, but was just kind of absurd. Also, the instructor showed up three minutes before class began, so I was locked out of the studio on the street for upwards of 15 minutes. There were only two of us in the class.

Thanks for your feedback. Our so SOAR! classes are definitely the most fast-paced classes offered, and while they provide an amazing calorie burn while infusing cardio and target-sculpting, they are not recommended for first timers as stated in the description. We recommend attending a sculpt or s+s class type for your first visit or two. We look forward to seeing you back at the studio soon and know you will find the sculpt/s+s classes more feasible.
