Great class for all levels! Dance cardio with strength & toning intervals that’s actually FUN!

Jillian is always welcoming!

Favorite class yet!! Very well rounded and cardio heavy. Exactly what I want in a class.
[sweat] : POWER Intervals with Jillian
This class & instructor were great, but I wish she was a little more hands on. A lot of the moves are unfamiliar unless you go to the studio a lot and I never knew if I was doing things correctly. Also, this studio should really get a water cooler!!! The sink is not a sufficient place to fill up water as most water bottles dont fit under the faucet.

super fun and fast paced
[sweat] : POWER Intervals with Jillian
This class was slow-paced, not very challenging, and frankly boring. The instructor was upbeat and thorough, but the moves themselves fell flat. The cardio was variations of jogging in place or jumping. The mat work was very beginner-level, and had a lot of assist and little resistance, with no muscle groups getting a moderately intense workout. The barre exercises were technically complex, but not physically challenging, and seemed geared toward people very flexible or with a background in ballet. The playlist was slow and unmotivating. Overall, not a good workout. But the studio was clean and nice; and the instructor was nice.

Good workout, but not too challenging.
[sweat] : POWER Intervals with Candace
Definitely a good work out, and I felt challenged and was never bored. I did wish that there was a little more instruction to insure that I was using proper form for each movement... and maybe a little more stretching time before or after the workout.

Studio smells somewhat like cat pee. Instructor was awesome!
