About this class

[sweat]: high cardio focus. 30+ minutes of high HR + low HR cardio to improve fitness and burn fat. [sculpt]: full-body strength classes which may involve short bursts of low HR cardio. [S+S] Sweat + Sculpt hybrid: Runs in 50 minute formats. All classes at this studio involve full-body work. This class focuses on target training the arms, back, and core.

How to prepare

**ATTN: GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL classes. POWER class requires sneakers. For your safety, they are unable to permit you into class without grip socks. Regular socks will pose a danger to you and the rest of the students at the studio. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio ($14). You can rent a towel for $1.

How to get there

Studio entrance is on BODINE STREET, to the WEST side of the 232-234 Market Street building. Bodine is the street between the Signarama shop & 7-Eleven on Market St. Use the call box to the left of the door to gain access.

awesome instructor!

I did not enjoy this class at all. The instructor was pleasant and had good energy but she didn't do a great job of giving clear instructions...I found myself looking around the class to see what people were doing because I wasn't sure what the move was supposed to be. The worst thing about this class is it tries to be too many things at once (in particular with all the cardio). We were jumping or running at the same time as we were moving our arms quickly and that made it difficult to get the arm movements precisely right for a good workout, meanwhile having to focus on our arm movements made it difficult to really put out all into the cardio in order to get our heart rate up. This class tried to do too much and did nothing well. Some of the arm movements were good and I felt the burn, but others felt haphazardly slapped together to fit with the cardio. I do not recommend this class.

This class is sneaky - it seems low-key but by the end I was exhausted. No weights - this was all bandwork. Great workout, nice mix of cardio and toning, and MollyRose was very attentive to form.

Great class for arms, back and chest - lots of band work so you might want to bring gloves!

Thiscwas a great mix of cardio and strength (using bands) - I always enjoy Allongee!

energetic instructor, super high intensity, still sore 3 days later, but worth it!

The studio was nice and new but the movements weren't clearly explained, most were not based on classical fitness movements and seemed made up by the instructor. The ab circuit in the beginning was painful and did not protect the neck as we were instructed to bend backwards over the ball and touch our heads to the mat. I will not be back.

This class is tough but fun, and judging from how much pain I was in two days later, very effective!

Good class but no weights for an upper body class / could have more challenging moves. Cardio and plank portions were great.
