Very tiring class, even after practicing yoga for quite some time I find it quite tough, and there is very little breaks/moments to catch your breath. Didn’t get a single child’s pose at all to at least compensate for some of the more tougher poses! But overall if you’re for an instructor that will tell her students to not stop/give up on a pose, & a tougher class, go for it!

Teacher was really nice to beginners and provided alternatives. Held poses for around 10seconds, a good test of mental and physical endurance. Loved the workout!

a good workout but instructor doesnt really demo?
Hatha Vinyasa
Not for beginners; instructor is stern but not unpleasant, emphasises form and not one to let you slack off! A lot of long (10sec) holds in pretty tough poses!

Fun and interesting!! Engaging all your muscles!
