About this class

Recharge your body, recharge yourself. This 60-minute class is a therapeutic hour of myofascial release and stretching. You’ll use massage therapy balls to release tension, increase range of motion and feel better in your own body. Offset wear-and-tear while complementing your strengthening and cardiovascular exercise regimen. Consider this maintenance for your body, and a great way to make sure you’re never bent out of shape. Socks required. *BYOB - Bring your own balls or rent for $2. Balls available for sale in-studio.

How to prepare

Socks are required for all class formats. Grippy socks are available for purchase at the studio. If taking a "Recharge" format, please bring Yoga Tune Up massage balls. Balls are also available for purchase or can be rented for $2.

How to get there

Please arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork. Socks are required.

Erin is fantastic.

It seems like a good concept but I found it a bit hard to follow and the class size was pretty big so it was hard to get much attention from the instructor. This was mainly regarding the placement of the balls and not being sure if they were in the right places as you're working very small sections of your body at a time and need to find certain joints/muscles.

This class focuses on stretching and relaxation. We used balls to help release tension in muscles. It was perfect for my marathon training. Not the class for you if you're looking to sweat though

What is ClassPass?
