About this class

Recharge your body, recharge yourself. This 60-minute class is a therapeutic hour of myofascial release and stretching. You’ll use massage therapy balls to release tension, increase range of motion and feel better in your own body. Offset wear-and-tear while complementing your strengthening and cardiovascular exercise regimen. Consider this maintenance for your body, and a great way to make sure you’re never bent out of shape. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Socks required. Late policy is 5 minutes and is strictly enforced. *BYOB - Bring your own balls (Yoga Tune Up Massage Therapy Balls) ore rent for $2. Balls available for sale in studio.

Socks are required for all class formats. Grippy socks are available for purchase at the studio. If taking a "Recharge" format, please bring Yoga Tune Up massage balls. Balls are also available for purchase or can be rented for $2.
