Slow Flow at Align Yoga
About this class
Slow Flow class focuses on moving from pose to pose and linking the movement with your breath. The flow sequence will involve 25 basic Yoga poses such as sun salutation, standing and seated postures and back bending. The class will involve repetitive asana (poses) and provide you the opportunity to refine your limited mobility, master the foundation and take your practice to the next level.

How to prepare
Classes start on time and late admissions are not allowed. Please bring your own yoga mat. Wear comfortable clothing you can freely move in.
