How to prepare

- Towels available @ $1 wef 1st Mar 2019. BYO TOWELS is encouraged. - No footwear allowed within the Studio premises - No admission for latecomers after the 5-min grace period - Use of mobile phones strictly prohibited during practice - Ladies’ lockers and changing area are at Level 4 - Guys' lockers are at Level 3 near wash area - Water dispenser is available for refill - Bottled water @ $1 - Shower facility is reserved for Align members only. - Align Studio reserves the right to turn away students who flout any house rule.

instructor prep us well b4 we do his wheel poses( pretty challenging). clear with his instructions n gives options to members to each pose. he comes around to help n guide us thru. patient n cheerful instructor.
