How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing you can freely move in. Please wear socks for ballet. Socks are optional for barre. Shoes, wraps and gloves are required for boxing classes. (Gloves are available for $2 rental. Wraps are available for purchase for $5.) If you are coming to HIIT Circuit class please bring a yoga mat, wear sneakers and meet in front of The American Legion-Charles Johnson House. For in studio classes sign in at the front desk upon your arrival. We sell water and have a water station if you forget or need to refill yours!

How to get there

If you are coming from downtown or either direction on Mopac the best way to get to the studio is to go south on the Mopac Access road at Lake Austin Blvd. Enter the Foster Drive alley just past the pawn shop. Take a right and enter the first opening to the right to our parking lot. If you are coming from the West side of town on Lake Austin Blvd enter the main entrance to the parking lot just before Mopac. The studio's main entrance is at the lower level in the back of the building.

The room felt really small and crowded and the workout felt long and boring. Teacher was super nice.

Thanks for the feedback! We try to keep our classes small so that we can focus on individual performance and we know that HIIT can get a bit crowded with all of the plyo moves involved. Would love for you to give us a second chance sometime.
