This class is fun. Loud music in background, it challenges you and definitely is not a light workout! Beautiful studio too. The shot of coconut water post-work out was a nice touch!

A nice way to start the day. Ruby is an excellent teacher, but I found the yoga and barre elements felt a bit separate, like the class was divided into two halves.

How to prepare

Please wear fitness attire that allows you to move freely in. Also, although it is not required, bringing your own water bottle and towel is highly recommended. Bare feet is absolutely fine. Barre grippy socks are available to purchase at their studios should you wish to wear socks.
